Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the replacement once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide justification. As with other returns, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
